VII Public Forum: Persons wishing to speak must fill out a speaker card and return it to the Clerk. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. Note, however, that State law and administrative rules prevent the Town Council from taking any formal action on any item discussed at this time. The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the future.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XV, CHAPTER 157 ZONING REGULATIONS, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 157.240 (R-2 ONE, TWO AND MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND INTENT); PROVIDING FOR THE INCREASE IN THE MINIMUM LOT WIDTH OF 75 FEET FOR ONE FAMILY DWELLINGS; PROVIDING FOR A MINIMUM YARD REQUIREMENT FOR SIDE INTERIOR LOT OF 7.5 FEET FOR ONE FAMILY DWELLINGS; PROVIDING FOR EXCEPTIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AREA ENCOMPASSED; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES CODE.
